Been sleeping at 5pm, waking up at 11pm to study after which I sleep at 3am, then waking up at 6am. My day and night time line seems to have blurred into one. I find that sleeping during class breaks and in the morning before class
My night is the day, and my day is the night.
Manwah says I'm destroying my body's natural clock-time, and I think so too.
